We aim to encourage women’s representation in the workforce and management roles by highlighting the obstacles women around the world face in their education pursuits and career paths, as well as the nuances within their living environments. Through our exploration of literature, various datasets, and visualizations we crafted using that data, we were able to make striking conclusions regarding the research questions outlined above.
